This is my own opinion on this but according to the information I got was that BBC was losing 1.5 million pounds due to people canceling their license to BBC. This cost them a fortune in lost how ever I found out that BBC has a base located in California USA. Also in A’Seela Omar and other locations. So I’m not saying who’s right or who’s wrong but that’s the information I read
